Sevenfriday: M1-04 PUNK Edition
6 July 2016Singing all together “Punk is not dead”, Sevenfriday plays with a theme loved by everyone, older and younger.
The Swiss Brand organized at the 100 Club, in London, a punk concert featuring thepunk band Colt 45. Obviously social media went crazy with the hashtag #SEVENFRIDAYPUNK!!!
During the night has been unveiled the M1/04 PUNK EDITION, a watch inspired by the English punk culture, featured by famous punk iconic symbols, like black and red, leather and studs.
The dial interface is again stuctured with 7 layers, with 11 applied parts, that creates an incredibile 3D effect, that features 8 polished gun metal square studs. It is possible to read the time, at 3 o’clock, through 3 black rotating discs with gothic hour numerals, taken from London’s Big Ben clock.
The unique “Punk codes” strap is in black calf skin leather with square spikes, rubber insert, and holes with metal eyelet. In the internal side we can find steel-back-screwed end-piece with UK flag tone engraving in tartan.
The M1/04 PUNK EDITION features in the case back a NFC chip that allows authenticity verification.
The watch will be produced in a series of 450 pieces and will be available in all Sevenfriday retailers from mid of July.
