Pre-Basel 2015 – Ressence Type 3
19 March 2015Benoît Mintiens, creator and founder of Ressence, presents his new creation, the Type 3.
The case is in matte or polished titanium with DLC coating and it’s surrounded by two domed sapphire crystals.
The Swiss automatic Ressence in-house movement features the Ressence Orbital Convex System, which displays hours, minutes, runner (360 seconds), date, day of the week and oil temperature trough four eccentric biaxial satellites.
The Type 3 upper half is filled with oil for a never‐seen‐before visual effect.
