Glashutte Original: Senator Tourbillon Edition Alfred Helwig

Glashutte Original presents Senator Tourbillon Edition Alfred Helwig, the new version of the Senator Tourbillon with a 42 mm white gold case, silver-grained dial, black laser engraved indexes and railroad chapter ring clearly.

The new Senator Tourbillon Edition Alfred Helwig shows up two classic complications of Grashutte Original manufacture. The first is the Panorama Date positioned below 12 o’clock “two date discs arranged concentrically on the same level to ensure that one can read the date easily without a central separation bar”. The second is the Flying Tourbillon “only 0.2 grams”, developed almost 100 years ago by Alfred Helwig.

Inside beats the heart of the Calibre 94-03 with 48-hour power reserve. Additional classic features of the Saxon art of watchmaking can be seen through the sapphire crystal case back, including the Glashütte stripe finish, blued screws and the two-tone galvanized skeletonized rotor.

The Senator Tourbillon Edition Alfred Helwig is completed by a black alligator leather strap with white gold foldover clasp. This model is limited to only 25 pieces, the roman “index” at 1 o’clock reveals the individual numbering of the limited edition.
