Girard-Perregaux: Laureato Skeleton

Girard-Perregaux presents Laureato Skeleton. The latest addition to the Laureato family, entirely rethought and richer than ever.

Laureato Squelette

The envelope of the new the Laureato Skeleton is a 42 mm-diameter and 10.88 mm-thick case, available in stainless steel or 18K pink gold.

The automatic caliber GP01800-0006 “entirely developed in-house by Girard-Perregaux” draws its strength from the rotor carved and skeletonised from a block of 18K pink gold.

The new Laureato drives hours, minutes and small seconds “at 10” by two luminescent baton hands that run around a peripheral ring with suspended hour-markers.

The bridges and mainplate are replaced by a clever interplay of solids and voids while the remaining surface of the movement is given a matt effect by satin brushing. The overall anthracite treatment gives a dark glow that sets the perfect finishing touch.

The Laureato Squelette is completed by a bracelet in stainless steel or 18K pink gold with alternating polished and satin-brushed surfaces and triple-blade folding clasp.

The price is €.38’000 for the steel version and €.65’000 for the gold one.
